Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Significant experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate recruiting teams.
• Excellent networking abilities for sourcing candidates effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws affecting recruitment processes.
