RECRUITMENT MANAGER

About the Role:

We are seeking a Recruitment Manager responsible for overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of talent acquisition strategies. They will be capable of attracting top talent while ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute result-oriented recruitment strategies to meet emerging staffing needs.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.
• Associate with hiring managers to chalk out ideal job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Assess various metrics of recruitment and generate reports on the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Implement adequate steps to bring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management or a similar domain.
• Prior experience in a Recruitment Manager or similar capacities.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess organizational needs.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
• A willingness to work under pressure and ensure adherence to tight deadlines.
