About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support organisational objectives.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a similar domain.
- Prior experience of working as an HR Director or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of applicable labour laws and HR best practices in the specific context.
- Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
