HR DIRECTOR

About the Role:

We are seeking an HR Director to lead our human resources initiatives and ensure smooth operations within the department. This strategic role requires a visionary leader who can develop HR strategies that align with overall business goals while fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support organisational objectives.
  • Monitor various HR functions within the organization such as recruitment, employee training, performance management etc.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to building a supportive and positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize in-depth HR metric analysis to optimize HR processes and inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a similar domain.
  • Prior experience of working as an HR Director or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of applicable labour laws and HR best practices in the specific context.
  • Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
