HR BUSINESS PARTNER

About the Role:

We are in search of an HR Business Partner to collaborate closely with management in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to managing human resources initiatives that drive organizational success while fostering strong relationships across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders on all HR matters.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies to meet business needs.
  • Facilitate change management processes within the organization.
  • Support performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
  • Support managers on employee relations issues through coaching and interventions.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related academic discipline.
  • Prior experience working in the capacity of an HR Business Partner role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Good skills in communication and building interpersonal relationships.
  • Impressive knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
