Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Experience in employee relations or conflict resolution roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mediate disputes effectively.
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations affecting employee relations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
