EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGER

About the Role:

We are looking for an Employee Relations Manager who will focus on maintaining positive relationships between employees and management. The ideal candidate should be skilled at resolving conflicts while building a collaborative work environment that encourages open communication among all staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Figure out employee concerns and grievances and address them promptly.
  • Develop programs that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance on conflict resolution strategies for managers.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws regarding employee relations practices.
  • Conduct training sessions on workplace policies and employee rights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Experience in employee relations or conflict resolution roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mediate disputes effectively.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations affecting employee relations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
